Eligible products are covered against manufacturing defects for the period stated on the product page or order confirmation. Warranty coverage applies from the date of delivery.
Contact customer support with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will review your claim and respond with repair, replacement, or refund options where applicable.
Unless otherwise stated, non-perishable products carry a limited warranty of 30 days from delivery. Fresh or perishable products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
