If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund subject to the conditions below. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging where applicable, and reported within the return window stated at checkout. Proof of purchase is required.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they enter preparation. Once an order is being prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
